This year, we have the honor of inviting Ms. Candace Chen, founder and CEO of the Taiwan start-up "Fluv毛小愛", who was named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in 2023 (Original link: https://reurl.cc/g45pMR\ ), to share insights on "Team Management and Communication Skills: How to make club members more cohesive and efficient in their actions." Speaker's Profile:
Key Experience: Named in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in 2023
Brief Introduction: A female entrepreneur with multiple entrepreneurial experiences in Taiwan and the United States. While studying in the United States, she worked as an actress, pet sitter, and Uber driver. After graduation, she joined PepsiCo headquarters in the United States, eventually serving as a manager in the operations department. After returning to Taiwan, she founded the pet care platform "毛小愛," employing the concept of sharing to realize the dream of providing love for every pet. The platform currently has over 4,000 caregivers and 100,000 users, making it the largest pet care sharing platform in Taiwan.
